Karthus’s redesign features complete encasement within textured tree roots accented with deliberately positioned autumn-hued foliage. Beneath the woody exterior, an intense internal luminescence radiates outward, extending to his hands that now resemble gnarled claws accumulating mystical energy. His ocular regions emit a particularly threatening glow. This marks Karthus’s first new cosmetic since the Infernal variant debuted nearly three years prior in mid-2020.

The redesigned Wukong emerges as a playful sylvan entity characterized by an expansive grin and vibrant fiery accents. His pelt has transformed to a deep azure shade, complemented by protective gear crafted from actual tree bark. Similar to Karthus, he exhibits internal illumination, with cerulean radiance appearing to cascade from his thoracic region and oral cavity.
