Riot reveals LoL patch 11.1 to include item adjustments, buffs

Riot Games has unveiled preliminary details for League of Legends patch 11.1, marking the first major update scheduled for January 2021. Runaan’s Hurricane see big changes on patch 11.1

Xayah benefits from reduced cooldown and mana expenditure on her Bladecaller (E) ability, enabling more frequent damage output throughout 2021 matches. Qiyana receives improvements to her health regeneration and base attack damage, potentially strengthening her early laning phase effectiveness. Karma may reemerge as a viable utility support option following base shield value increases on her Inspire (E) ability.

Master Yi and Pantheon nerfed at the start of 2021

Master Yi

While Master Yi rarely appears in professional competitive scenes, he maintains formidable presence in solo queue environments. Currently maintaining approximately 50% win rate across ranked queues, this adjustment represents a measured approach to balancing his jungle efficiency. Alpha Strike serves as his primary damage mechanism and jungle clearing instrument, so moderately increasing its cooldown duration should sufficiently temper Master Yi specialists’ dominance in public matchmaking.

• W – Shield Vault, empowered attack damage scaling 135-165% >> 120-165%
