The tournament structure employs a single-deck configuration complemented by a 15-card closed sideboard system. Participants will be divided into two four-player pools competing in Round Robin best-of-three series. The leading two competitors from each pool advance to semifinal matches, which maintain the best-of-three format. Championship finals will be determined through an extended best-of-five series.
The Rising Tides collection introduces 120 innovative cards, unveiling the Bilgewater territory alongside multiple new champion options, featuring Gangplank and his pirate crew.

Loyal Badgerbear emerges as a standout addition, generated through the Grizzled Ranger’s Last Breath mechanic. This versatile unit can also be directly incorporated into deck constructions independently. As a 4/4 stat-line creature playable on turn three, the Loyal Badgerbear serves as an optimal inclusion for Demacian regional archetype strategies.
Claws of the Dragon represents another expansion highlight, becoming nearly essential for spell-focused deck compositions. This unit receives immediate summoning whenever two or more spells are cast within the same turn. Boasting a 3/2 attribute distribution, this card delivers substantial offensive pressure while providing reliable defensive capabilities.
Eye of the Dragon has undergone extensive testing across diverse deck archetypes. This early-game entity generates a 2/1 Dragonling possessing Lifesteal at round commencement if two or more spells were activated during the preceding round. This functionality stems from the Attune keyword, granting bonus spell mana when played. Activating dual spells occurs frequently across numerous deck types, ensuring this cost-efficient unit receives considerable competitive play.
Zap Sprayfin functions as an Elusive unit with card draw mechanics. This represents another must-include selection for spell-dense deck constructions. The card proves particularly synergistic when utilizing new champion Twisted Fate from the Bilgewater territory.
