CLG finished at the bottom of the Spring Split standings. What were the primary factors behind your team’s underperformance?

Ruin:Our early-season coordination suffered from significant communication gaps and strategic misalignment. The mid-season addition of Pobelter brought noticeable improvements in shotcalling and team coordination. Unfortunately, these adjustments occurred too late in the schedule, and competing squads had already established superior form and synergy.

Has your team achieved better synchronization heading into the Summer Split? What competitive advantages does CLG possess?

We’ve made substantial progress in developing shared understanding and strategic alignment. Each player demonstrates exceptional mechanical proficiency and individual gameplay capabilities.

When our team establishes clear in-game objectives and execution plans, we perform at a significantly higher level. Particularly, when our jungler Wiggily receives precise direction and strategic clarity, the entire team operates more efficiently and effectively.

What specific areas has the team prioritized to achieve better results in the Summer Split?

Enhancing communication effectiveness remains our top priority, particularly for me personally. Our string of defeats eroded confidence in both our gameplay execution and champion selections. My primary challenge involves overcoming language barriers and improving my English communication within high-pressure competitive situations.

Do you experience significant pressure to demonstrate improvement this season, or do you approach it with a nothing-to-lose mentality?

I certainly feel the weight of expectations, but my focus remains on continuous improvement and peak performance. I’m determined to validate my capabilities as a competitive player and establish myself as a valuable contributor within the LCS ecosystem.

Which opponent are you most anticipating facing in the Summer Split?

Cloud9 represents our most compelling matchup. While other teams present challenges, C9 currently stands as the undisputed top-performing organization in the LCS. Achieving victory against them would provide tremendous satisfaction and validation of our progress.

How do you assess your chances when you compete against Cloud9 this season?

Realistically, we possess competitive potential to challenge them. My primary objective remains securing a win against this dominant squad.

What objectives have you set for the 2020 LCS Summer Split?

Our immediate target involves qualifying for the playoff stage and demonstrating sustained competitive improvement.
